My Transalp was sailing on a cargo vessel for about 7 weeks (instead of the promised 4 weeks). In addition I had to pay 500€ extra to get it out from the Port of Valencia although I had paid all expenses already in Bangkok. Anyway, I was happy to get the bike and was ready on the road again after the shock was fixed. Spain is alovely country and the weather was nice. The only problem was when I decided to continue to Africa and too the northern route over the mountains to Granada. It was cold there. I had all clothes on but it wasn't enough. The temperature was just a few degrees Celsius. On the way to Algeciras I visited Gibraltar that was a very British place.
